I've branched out as a writer and content producer to help give brands and small companies a presence on social media. I started with the
Bi-Rite Family of Businesses in San Francisco, a local specialty grocer, ice cream maker, and catering company. I was able to define and shape a definitive online voice for the entire range of businesses within the family, including cohesive messaging and individualized approaches for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The consistency I created led to steady growth in followers across all platforms, including 8,000 additional Instagram followers added in just one year (bringing the total up to over 30k.)
